Weather, harbor traffic, Coast Guard activity, and special events may occasionally affect departure times, routes, or operating conditions. Guests are encouraged to check availability online for the most up-to-date cruise status before arriving.
Your tickets are valid only for the specific departure date and time selected during checkout.
We may allow reservations to be changed prior to departure depending on availability. Rebooking requests are subject to a rebooking fee and fare difference when applicable.
Last-minute changes are not guaranteed, especially during weekends, holidays, and high-demand departures.

The departure area can be slightly difficult to locate for first-time visitors. Guests should walk toward the waterfront and continue around the back side of the building along the water until reaching the boarding area.
There is no dedicated parking directly at the vessel. Paid parking garages and limited street parking may be available nearby. We strongly recommend arriving at least 30 minutes prior to departure due to New York City traffic and parking delays.
Guests must present their tickets or confirmation barcode on their mobile device during boarding.
Please have all tickets open and ready before arriving at the boarding area to help speed up the check-in process.
There is no ticket booth or ticket printing available at the departure location.
All tickets should be purchased online in advance prior to arrival.
Please bring your email confirmation or mobile ticket with you for boarding. Seating is limited and availability may sell out on busy dates, weekends, holidays, and sunset departures.
Reservation changes are only available when paying an applicable rebooking fee and are subject to availability.
What is your refund policy?
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds for weather conditions, late arrivals, missed departures, route adjustments, personal scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons.
Cruises operate rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, Coast Guard, or local authorities.
If you purchased tickets through a third-party seller such as GetYourGuide, Viator, Tripadvisor, Expedia, or another reseller, all sales remain subject to that provider’s policies and procedures.
In the event Brooklyn Skyline Cruises cancels a departure, guests who booked directly through our website may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Reservation changes may only be requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Rebooking requests made within 24 hours of departure are generally not accepted.
All reservation changes remain subject to availability and applicable rebooking fees.
Our vessel accommodates up to 145 passengers and offers indoor and outdoor sightseeing areas.
Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow enough time for check-in and boarding.
Boarding closes shortly before departure and the vessel cannot return for late guests.
Outside alcoholic beverages, coolers, and large outside food items are not permitted onboard.
The vessel is wheelchair accessible for most guests. Boarding conditions may vary depending on tides, dock conditions, and operational requirements.
Guests requiring special assistance are encouraged to contact us before arrival so we can better assist with boarding accommodations.
Small snacks and beverages may be available for purchase onboard depending on the departure.
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere on the vessel.
Small pets may be accommodated on select departures but must remain on a short leash or on your lap at all times. Service animals are permitted according to applicable regulations.
Our sightseeing cruises feature panoramic views of New York Harbor, Lower Manhattan, and the Brooklyn waterfront.
